A well developed tree with a straight and uniform trunk, grown in a beautiful forest, homogeneous and clear… the oak of the French dominal groves is invaluable.

Continuing into the fourth generation, we extract the noblest parts of these majestic trunks and respect their re-growth.  These are the guidelines that lead the entrepreneurship of the Canadell Company.

Concerned about future of the forests, Canadell engaged itself in PEFC certification and obtained the pefc licence nb. PEFC/10-31-2145 and control nb Qual/10-559

Current events

The Excel Laboratories and the Canadell Company created together the concept of NOBLE OAK products.
The trunks are analysed, selected, and produced according to two major principles :
One is the absence of pollutants which is a factor that contributes to the quality of the wood and the second is the level of oak maturity which demonstrates it has reached its optimum aromatic profile.
This systematic analysis is carried out on all production. Each bag of oak is branded Noble Oak and is given with a batch number of production registered on each bag.
